All caravans have H&C, toilet, shower, colour televisions, DVD players, microwaves, fire in lounge, cooker, fridge and all are fully equipped for the number of berths stated with crockery, cutlery, and a range of everyday kitchen equipment. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied as standard for number of persons in the caravan per booking.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our holiday caravans.

One double and two twin bedrooms.
The Bramley is a stylish holiday home offering a spacious design being 38ft long and 12 ft wide. Features include:

The Pearmain - 6 Berth 35ft x 12ft

One double and Two twin bedrooms
Double glazed and centrally heated for extra warmth and comfort.
The Lounge is spacious and relaxing, with natural oak effect feature wall unit and soft toned upholstery. The Kitchen has the added benefit of an integrated fridge/ freezer. Off the comfortable double room there is an en suite toilet and washbasin.
In every way the Pearmain offers all your home comforts.
The Gala - 6 Berth 35ft x 12ft
No's 2, 53, 54, 55 & 56
One Double, One twin and One bunk bedroom
Double glazed and centrally heated for cosy mornings and evenings. The open plan bright and airy lounge/dining area and the well-equipped kitchen offer an excellent family atmosphere. Off the double room there is an en suite toilet.
The Gala offers a holiday home from home. Pets Welcome.
The Regent - 6 Berth 38ft x 12ft
No's 29, 30 & 31
One double and Two twin bedrooms.
Double glazed and centrally heated for that extra comfort. The lounge/dining room is very comfortable leading onto a galley kitchen with welsh dresser design unit. There is a separate toilet room as well as a toilet in the shower room.
The Regent offers a very comfortable caravan for your holiday base.
Please Note: The twin rooms do not have radiators.
The Russett - 6 Berth 35ft x 12ft
No's 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 52, 51, 50, 25 & 26
One double and Two twin bedrooms.
Centrally heated and double-glazed for those early and late holidays breaks. In this range the caravans are similar in design and quality, although the furnishings and layout may differ slightly from van to van. All have a comfortable lounge areas and well-equipped kitchens and have separate toilet/shower rooms.

The Braeburn - 6 Berth 35ft x 12ft
No's 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 27 & 28
Centrally heated and double-glazed for those early and late holidays breaks. In this range the caravans are similar in design and quality, although the furnishings and layout may differ slightly from van to van. All have a comfortable lounge areas and well-equipped kitchens and have separate toilet/shower rooms.

Double glazed and centrally heated for those chilly days and nights. The spacious lounge features an upholstered suite, coal effect electric fire, mood lighting, 21-inch colour television with VCR and DVD player and music centre. The Kitchen/Dining Area features domestic eye level stainless steel oven with matching hob, built in microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom has a bath/shower. The luxurious master bedroom features a double divan with canopy design headboard.
The views are fantastic overlooking farm fields and glimpses of The Solent. An award winning caravan, which represents fine design, quality construction and luxury specification of the highest order.
The Discovery - 4 Berth 35ft x 12ft

Double glazed and centrally heated for that extra bit of home comfort. The Lounge has warm comfortable colours and design. The Dining area is overlooking the modern well-equipped kitchen. The Toilet and shower room are separate.

The Lambourn - 4 Berth 35ft x 12ft
No's 44 & 45
One double and One twin room
Double glazed and centrally heated for that early/late season holidays. A spacious comfortable lounge with dining table with fitted seating just off the well equipped kitchen. Off the double room there is an en suite toilet as well as a toilet in the shower room.
The Lambourn offers a cosy, relaxing feel to your holiday accommodation.
Sovereign - 4 Berth 35ft x 12ft
No. 63
One double room and One bunk room.
Double glazed and centrally heated to keep you warm and cosy This caravan has been carefully designed for wheelchair users and others with special needs. Special attention has been given to ease and safety of access with wide exterior doorways. The interior has been designed to facilitate manoeuvrability and feature wide sliding doors to each room. The Double room has two single beds that can be moved to suit requirements. The single room has a 3ft single bed with small cross over bunk. The lounge is spacious with the option of a fold out double bed. The bathroom is designed with no ledges etc.
The Sovereign is a wonderfully spacious and practical home for your holiday stay with us.

The Pippin - 4 Berth 26ft x 10ft

One Double bedroom
The Pippin is a wonderfully compact bright and airy caravan. The Lounge does have seats that can be converted for sleeping. The bathroom and double room has panel heaters for that extra bit of warmth.
The Pippin is ideal for couples that require a comfortable base for exploring our
beautiful Island. Pets welcome.
